Ten Mile Race and Relay

A runner-friendly USTAF certified loop is open to runners, race-walkers, wheelchair competitors and relay teams. Relay teams can consist of a maximum of five team members. Relay exchanges are allowed at the 2, 4, 6 and 8 mile marks only. Relay teams are responsible for providing their own transportation to and from the exchange points.

Each team member must submit an individual entry form marked with relay team name. Please submit individual entries for team competition together and make sure that each registration form has the same Team Name listed.

Take a look at The 10 Mile Course (old) Map. Note that the START and FINISH are different than noted on this map and will be held on the TRACK inside Moore Bowl, Yager Stadium (Washburn University). An updated map will be available soon; however, the course is identical to the map except for the start and finish.
