Weather, Parking, and General Info
Starting line is located at the entrance of Petro Allied Health Center. Course
maps will be in participants packets. Aid stations and course stewards will be
positioned at key locations throughout the race course. Traffic control will be
provided by the Topeka Police Department. Medical assistance provided by the Emergency
Service Unit. Please notify medical staff, in advance, of any medical condition you may
have. This includes any condition that requires regular attention, any medications taken
regularly and any allergies. All information is confidential.
For the safety of all involved, unofficial bicycles or motorized vehicles, persons
using rollerblades/skates or headsets, dogs and unregistered runners will not be allowed
on race course.
Average race day temperature ranges between 36º and 60º F. Free parking is available on
the Washburn University Campus. Post-race massages and showers will be available to all
participants. Bring your own towel, soap and locker lock.
