Weather, Parking, and General Info

New USATF-certified courses for 2012. The Start Lines for the runs will be located on College Avenue just North of Durow Avenue and the Finish Lines will again be located on the track inside Yager Stadium at Washburn University. Plenty of free parking is available on the east side of the Petro Allied Health Center. Enter the east doors of Petro to proceed to Lee Arena for registration, packet pickup and expo activities.

Course maps will be in participants packets. Aid stations and course stewards will be positioned at key locations throughout the race course. Traffic control will be provided by the Topeka Police Department. Medical assistance provided by the Emergency Service Unit. Please notify medical staff, in advance, of any medical condition you may have. This includes any condition that requires regular attention, any medications taken regularly and any allergies. All information is confidential.

For the safety of all involved, unofficial bicycles or motorized vehicles, persons using rollerblades/skates or headsets, dogs and unregistered runners will not be allowed on race course.

Average race day temperature ranges between 36º and 60º F.
